The Dynamic Body Assessment Session (DBAS) is a personalized 1:1 session designed to evaluate your current:

What’s Included in a DBAS?
This 90-minute, assessment practitioner-guided session follows three simple steps to understand your goals, assess your movement, and build a personalized plan that helps you achieve the results you deserve.
STEP 1
Health & Posture Intake
We begin by discussing your intake form, health history, current concerns, and goals. We’ll also assess your posture to see how your body is naturally aligning and where it may be compensating by overusing or under using various muscles in the body.
STEP 2
Movement Assessment
This is where we really get to know your body in motion. You’ll be guided through a series of foundational exercises so we can observe your movement patterns, strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and alignment. You’ll get a feel for our teaching style as we assess without overwhelming.
STEP 3
Personalized Strategy
After your assessment, we craft a Pilates strategy tailored just for you. This plan will address your specific movement goals—whether you want to move with less pain, return to an activity you love, or simply feel more confident in your body. We’ll walk you through next steps and set expectations for what progress can look like.
