Hours of Operation
We offer one-on-one personalized Pilates sessions 7 days a week to fit your schedule. Rediscover mobility, fitness, and ease with sessions available mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
General Hours:
- Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2 PM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

What to Expect When You Arrive
At Dynamic Body Pilates, we want you to feel at ease from the moment you arrive. Here's what you can expect during your visit to our studio.
- Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by a lobby attendant. Take any of the three elevators to the 10th floor, and you'll find Suite 1004 ready to welcome you.
- Inside the studio, we have cubbies to store your belongings and private dressing rooms for your convenience.
- Hang up your coat, remove your shoes, and take a seat—we’ll greet you at your appointment start time.
