How 1-on-1 Virtual Pilates Works:
We’ll connect with you through your digital device in real-time to build and implement a customized strategy to address your posture, strength, flexibility, balance and movement goals. Your Pilates practitioner will guide you verbally through exercises while keeping their fine-tuned eye on your form.
– What works best for you? Zoom or FaceTime, we’ll find the best option
– You’ll want to position your device with about a mat’s worth of space in the frame of the camera…we can help you set this up as well once we’re connected
For the session, you’ll need about a yoga mat’s worth of space. Any props you have access to, keep nearby and let your practitioner know what you have. We can also offer guidance if a few extra items would be helpful. We can do the session in any room of your home…wherever is best for you.
