Sharon Zarabi is a registered dietitian in New York City.  For over 15 years she specialized in weight management and bariatric surgery as a transformational expert, helping her clients/patients optimize their lives through healthy living.  She takes a no nonsense approach incorporating whole foods and movement to daily rituals as a means to lifestyle medicine.  Sharon has coauthored numerous books, has been published and presented in media and serves in leadership roles in a large HealthcareSystem.
