As we introduced earlier this year, behind the translucent door in the Dynamic Body Pilates studio is Dynamic Body Wellness, a private wellness studio with treatment rooms we have started renting to licensed wellness professionals. We are pleased to introduce our newest wellness provider, Leslie “the locksmith” Gravel, Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner.

Leslie Gravel is a NYC-based massage therapist and Reiki pracitioner with over a decade of experience, graduating from The Finger Lakes School of Massage in 2011 and receiving her Level 2 Reiki attunement in 2015 from Reiki Master Shannon O’Neill Loyola. Leslie has practiced body work in physical therapy offices, sports training facilities, memory-care homes, yoga retreats, high-end spas and private residences, treating patients with a wide range of conditions, including frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis, scoliosis, and post-operative recovery.

Her clients have nicknamed her ‘the locksmith’ as she enjoys getting to the root of the problem, freeing them from feeling stuck or locked up. Drawing from a background in both medical and spa environments and utilizing Eastern and Western modalities, she strives to bring the body back into balance on a physical and energetic level. Leslie works with the connective tissues to achieve freedom of movement and offers Reiki energy work for emotional balance. Reiki is a great alternative to massage for those who prefer a touch-free experience while receiving the same benefits of deep relaxation.
